The Harch Hyperbaric Institute, a 501c3 public charity devoted to funding research and treatment of patients with HBOT, received a donation for a 40 inch hardshell hyperbaric oxygen chamber from an anonymous source.
We want to publicly thank the source for their generosity. The chamber will be used to further the mission of the Institute.
The Harch Hyperbaric Institute accepts cash and equipment donations and stock donations through its sister charity the Harch Hyperbaric Research Fund. Thus far $103,000 has been raised through donations and grant money as supplemental funding for the current Veteran/Civilian Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Study. The study is enrolling patients and will likely be recruiting through September, 2017. Previously, $653,000 was raised to fund and complete the LSU Pilot Trial of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Blast-Induced Traumatic Brain Injury in U.S. War Veterans. The $653,000 was donated from U.S. military and service organizations, U.S. citizens, foundations, trusts, and endowments.
The goal of the Institute is to advance the field of hyperbaric medicine, primarily for neurological applications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Donations can be made through contacting us here.
